Welcome to the Team…Hannah Miller, Administrative Assistant
Integrated Diabetes Services is delighted to announce the addition of Hannah Miller to the office team. As our full-time administrative assistant, Hannah’s warm voice will be the one you hear when you call in for help with just about anything.
With a background in communications, a love for data and organization, and firsthand experience living with type 1 diabetes, Hannah Miller brings a unique skill set to the IDS team.
Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2016, Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences from Penn State University, with a minor in English. She also has a strong family connection to diabetes, as both of her parents lived with type 2. She currently uses an automated insulin delivery system and hopes for a cure sometime in the not-too-distant future. As she navigates life with T1D alongside Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s hypothyroiditis, Hannah has developed a particular interest in the ways diabetes and other autoimmune conditions interact. Her own experiences fuel her desire to continue learning—and to help others find the care, tools, and support they need.
A data enthusiast at heart, Hannah enjoys keeping things organized, efficient, and on track. As an Administrative Assistant at IDS, she helps keep the team running smoothly through scheduling, data management, and day-to-day administrative support. She is excited to expand her knowledge of diabetes technology and management while using her skills and personal experience to help people with diabetes, like herself, receive individualized care and support.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys crochet, sewing, cooking, baking, and reading mysteries.
Please join us in welcoming Hannah to IDS!
