Classes will be limited to 12 participants and will be conducted at a moderate intensity. The workout will consist of strength and cardiovascular exercises. The cost for each session will be $10 or you can purchase an unlimited month of sessions for $30. Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm
The zoom link for the class will be sent once all paperwork is received... Be advised that based on your health history, Kathryn may request physician approval prior to your participation. If for any reason she feels that the class will not be safe for you, you will receive a full refund.
