At Integrated Diabetes Services, we spend every day helping people navigate the real-life challenges of living with diabetes. We know there are questions that don’t always fit neatly into a medical appointment.
That’s why we’re excited to partner with Diabetes Connections presents: Moms’ Night Out, a unique event for moms raising children with diabetes and for women with T1D themselves.
Upcoming weekends are taking place in Silver Spring, MD (Feb 20–21) and Nashville (March 6–7).
As part of this partnership, IDS educators will be on-site offering:
- Check-Ins — one-on-one conversations focused on everyday life
- Non-medical concerns like sleepovers, diabetes camp, school logistics, growing independence, burnout and the day-to-day “how do we handle this?” moments families face.
These are not clinical appointments or medical consults, but practical, supportive discussions grounded in real-world experience.
Moms’ Night Out is intentionally small and welcoming. Most attendees come on their own, and many tell us that having space to talk openly — with both peers and experienced diabetes educators — is one of the most meaningful parts of the weekend.
If you’re looking for education, connection, and honest conversation around life with type 1 diabetes, we encourage you to learn more about Moms’ Night Out here:
