Hi! I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into a new role at Integrated Diabetes Services as Office Administrator. If you’re reaching out to IDS for the first time, chances are I’ll be the first person you talk to.
My role is to help guide you from that very first inquiry all the way through scheduling, paperwork, billing questions, and next steps—making sure the process feels clear, supportive, and as stress-free as possible. I work closely with our clinicians to help match you with the right provider based on your goals, needs, and life stage, and I’m always here to help answer questions along the way.
