Low Carb Pumpkin Shake

Adapted from the original Recipe: tasteofhome.com


  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 4 cups Low carb vanilla ice cream (Rebel works well here)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional toppings: Whipped cream and ground nutmeg


  • In a blender, combine half each of the cream, ice cream, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Repeat. If desired, top with whipped cream and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
