Low Carb Pumpkin Shake

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 4 cups Low carb vanilla ice cream (Rebel works well here)
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream and ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
- In a blender, combine half each of the cream, ice cream, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Repeat. If desired, top with whipped cream and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
