Optimizing Your Open Source System includes up to 4 visits over 3 months where you receive:
- Training on optimization of your Open Source System
- Regular submission of questions and data for review and adjustment between consultations (responses usually within 24 hours)
This retainer is best suited for anyone who wants to improve their self-management skills while utilizing an Open Source System, ongoing coaching, and access to diabetes experts.
Build Assist and Optimize Your Open Source System includes several visits over 3 months where you receive:
- A Getting Ready visit
- Training and coaching support for building, setup, and optimization, and customization of your Open Source System
Coaching assistance to help you build your Open Source System during a special build visit - Regular submission of questions and data for review and adjustment between consultations (responses usually within 24 hours)
Stand-by coaching with your Open Source System customization, building of related apps (if applicable) and/or a practice rebuild during special visits - The build/rebuild appointments will be recorded by the clinician, upon request, for the client’s reference for subsequent rebuilds
This retainer is best suited for anyone who wants training, coaching, and assistance to build and use an Open Source System to improve their self-management skills, ongoing coaching, and access to diabetes experts.
