LAST MONTH’S SURVEY QUESTION:
In last month’s edition of Diabetes Bites, we asked how much work you’re willing to put in to manage your diabetes. Apparently, readers of Diabetes Bites are pleased to do what it takes to achieve excellent glucose control; more than 90% of respondents believe it is well worth the effort.
Here’s how you responded:
48% I don’t mind putting in a lot of work if it gets me amazing glucose control.
43% I’m OK putting forth a moderate amount of effort to achieve good glucose control.
7% I can accept “average” glucose control as long as it doesn’t require a lot of work.
2% Don’t bother me with diabetes tasks. Fair glucose control is good enough.
