In last month’s edition of Diabetes Bites, we asked: How do you think the U.S. system compares to healthcare delivery in other countries?
Here’s how you responded:
15% The U.S. system is far and away the best.
7% The U.S. system used to be the best, but the gap is narrowing.
4% There isn’t much difference between health care systems no matter where you live.
48% The U.S. system has fallen behind other countries.
26% Compared to most other countries, the U.S. system flat-out sucks.
Not looking so good for the US Healthcare system. Now is probably a good time to take matters into our own hands and practice some preventive medicine.
