Something the top vote-getters have in common is that they all collect data passively via the internet – once the user’s account is set up, downloading is not usually required. Reviewing your own data may not be your idea of “fun”, but it can be very productive. Research shows that those who do so tend to manage their glucose levels better than those who don’t.
