We believe that exercise plays a very important role in well being and diabetes management.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Kathryn Gentile: I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in exercise physiology and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I’ll work with you individually through text, email or video calls as needed and provide workout programs based on your fitness level, goals, and equipment you have available.
