Exercising with diabetes is a little less intimidating when all the attendees live with it too. Plus, it’s a guarantee that you’ll hear other people beeping!

Physical activity is so important for our physical and mental well-being. It’s tough to go to classes or to the gym alone worrying about the potential of a low or high BG. Joining this class, you’ll learn about how to adjust, always know what’s coming next, and make great connections with others!

  • Workouts are sent in advance so you can plan ahead of time for blood glucose management!
