What sets this program apart is a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs:
- This is a 12-week program consisting of 6 one-on-one individual visits and 6 group visits via Zoom to ensure that you get the attention and support you deserve.
- Get expert guidance led by an experienced Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who also lives with Type 1 diabetes.
- We will provide you with knowledge and tools to improve your lifelong diabetes journey.
- Connect with fellow participants for support, encouragement, inspiration, and motivation.
- Current participants who’ve had diabetes for 25-45 years have said they’ve learned something new and helpful each week.
Our goal is to empower you to achieve your healthy weight and improve your overall well-being.
