The Integrated Diabetes Services team has put together a Carb Quiz for people with Diabetes
You will be given 30 questions to answer, including example meals to guess the amount of carbs. During the quiz, you will see the correct answer and explanation for each question, and at the end, we will grade your performance.

That quizz sure did not help my confidence in carb counting especially when I dont eat half of what was pictured.
