ANSWER: Afrezza (technosphere) inhaled insulin.
Interestingly, half the respondents said “Fiasp” or “Lyumjev”, while the other half said “Afrezza”. Truth be known, Afrezza is about twice as fast as any insulin delivered below the skin. It begins working within a few minutes, peaks in about 30 minutes, and clears after about 90 minutes.
