Cranberry Salsa

Original Recipe: a SaRene Brooks family recipe – Integrated Diabetes Services

INGREDIENTS:

      • 2 bags fresh cranberries

      • 2-3 jalapeño peppers

      • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro

      • 6-7 green onions

      • ¾ cup sugar (for low carb choose to use Allulose or Monk fruit alternative)

            DIRECTIONS:

                • Chop all ingredients in a food processor.

                • Enjoy with crackers or tortilla chips of your preference.
