Celeriac Fries (Crispy Celery Root Fries)

INGREDIENTS:
1 celeriac (cut into thin fries)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees with a baking dish in the oven. This helps the fries to crisp up.
Toss the celeriac with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Carefully open the oven and spread the celeriac out on the baking sheet, trying to make one flat layer so everything has room to crisp up.
Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness). Shake the baking dish a few times during baking.
