Liraglutide use in Type 1 diabetes patients offers multiple benefits

According to a study presented at the May 2017 annual meeting of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE), treating people with Type 1 diabetes with liraglutide resulted in lower A1c levels. Liraglutide is better known as Novo Nordisk's Glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA) Victoza.
