BLT Chicken Salad with Avocado

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup full-fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp Organic Avocado oil Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 ½ cups coarsely shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 pt. multicolored cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chopped avocado
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, and 1 Tbsp dill
- Add chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon to the bowl and toss to fully coat.
- Top with avocado and sprinkle with remaining Tbsp of dill.
- Serve immediately.
