Clinical Hours

Our clinicians check phone and e-mail messages on weekends and holidays for matters that require immediate assistance.

Appointment Length

New appointments are typically 60-90 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are usually 30-45 minutes.

Appointment Location 

Appointments can take place via video (Zoom or your preferred platform), phone, live chat, or in-person at our office near Philadelphia.

Appointment Data & Materials

Data from devices such as blood glucose meters, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors can be transmitted prior to or during scheduled appointments (see data download procedures in the “Clients Area” of our website).

Educational materials are usually mailed, faxed, or e-mailed prior to scheduled appointments. Certain educational materials can also be accessed in the “Clients Area” of our website.

Referrals

Referrals from healthcare providers (primary and endocrine/specialty) are appreciated but not required. We are more than happy to send reports to referring healthcare providers or any physician that you designate. Please let us know your wishes regarding medical correspondence.
