Our CDEs check phone and e-mail messages on weekends and holidays for matters that require immediate assistance.
Appt. Length
New appointments are typically 60-90 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are usually 30-45 minutes.

Appointments can take place in our offices in Wynnewood, PA or “remotely”
by phone, live chat (via the Chat Room in our Clients Area), or video conference (via Skype).
Appt: Data & Materials
Data from devices such as blood glucose meters, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors can be transmitted prior to or during scheduled appointments (see data download procedures in the “Clients Area” of our website).
Educational materials are usually mailed, faxed or e-mailed prior to scheduled appointments. Certain educational materials can also be accessed in the “Clients Area” of our website.
Referrals
Referrals from physicians (primary and endocrine/specialty) are appreciated but not required. We are more than happy to send reports to referring physicians or any physician that you designate. Please let us know your wishes regarding medical correspondence.
