Air Fryer Gluten-Free Bagels

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup GF flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 small beaten egg
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes is yummy)
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add in the yogurt to make a dough.
- Separate into 4 equal parts on a floured surface.
- Top bagel with egg wash and some “everything But the Bagel” seasoning on both sides.
- Cook at 325 degrees for 12 min and flip halfway through.
Can I use Dairy-free yogurt or another non-dairy substitute for this? My grandson is both GF & DF.
