INGREDIENTS:

  • Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon, ground, powder, 1 tsp
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice Seasoning, 1 tsp
  • Cocoa; Hershey’s Unsweetened, 1 tbsp
  • Splenda, 4 tsp
  • Egg, fresh, 1 large
  • Organic Smart Balance Butter, 1 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug or bowl, then stir in wet ingredients until well blended. Microwave for one minute.
